Donor Events
The Donor Events team is happy to provide event support for University Advancement in any way that we can.
To set everyone up for success, we kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible and have an approved budget before submitting the form.
Requests are reviewed weekly on Mondays. Please email Hannah Duane (duanehe@wfu.edu) if you have any questions or concerns.
WAKECommunity Experience
Fill out one of the two forms below for an event or experience nationwide. After completing the form, necessary partners will be pulled in for appropriate experience and support needs.
Please submit this form at least 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event and at least 3 months prior to the scheduled experience to ensure enough time to successfully plan an event or experience.
If you cannot accommodate this timeframe, please send an email to Avery Kearns (chaveza@wfu.edu) once you have submitted this form to ensure we are prioritizing events and experiences equitably.
